I turn organisational data into strategic intelligence — designing preventative health strategies, breaking down silos, aligning suppliers, and creating a joined-up, measurable approach to employee wellbeing. The result? Fewer sick days, healthier teams, and a wellbeing strategy that delivers on both culture and KPIs.

From Insight to Impact: A Whole-System Approach to Workplace Wellbeing

Wellbeing in the workplace

We start with your organisational data — absence, health claims, engagement, and more — to get a true picture of employee health. This insight becomes powerful business intelligence that drives your wellbeing strategy and gives you clear, measurable KPIs to track its success.

Wellbeing shouldn’t sit in a silo. I work across HR, onsite gyms, L&D, F&B, and beyond to unify your efforts. This eliminates duplication, reduces costs, and creates a simpler, more consistent experience for employees — one where wellbeing is embedded in the whole culture, not just a programme

Using the data, we design targeted initiatives that address the real health risks facing your people. From reducing illness to preventing lifestyle-related disease, this approach supports employees at every stage — keeping your workforce well and helping those on the road back to health

Your external providers are part of the strategy too. I work directly with your wellbeing, health, and benefits suppliers to align them with your organisational goals and ensure they’re delivering against their KPIs. With a background in evidence-based health, fitness and nutrition, I bring the expertise to evaluate what works — and hold everyone to account.

Every organisation is different — and so are its people. That’s why I design and deliver tailored health programmes built directly from your organisational data and employee health insights. Each programme follows my Well:Ment method: a closed-loop framework that begins and ends with measurement, so you can track outcomes, demonstrate ROI, and prove impact. Programmes integrate the essential pillars of health — movement, nourishment, replenishment and recovery as well as engagement and social connection — all underpinned by standardised principles and evidence-based design. The result? Targeted, measurable interventions that truly meet the needs of your people.

Example programmes include:
