My Story.
My Mission.

It started from the early age of 4 when my mum could no longer take my energy levels and sent me to gymnastics. I haven’t looked back for one day.

At the ripe old age of 40 (something) I’ve spent my life involved in sport or fitness both as a hobby and as a career and I couldn’t be happier. However, as a 40+ woman I know keeping fit, healthy and in shape isn’t as easy as it once was and that’s why I love my job. I do the research, the programming and thinking for you so all you have to do is show up and get results.

I’ve had the opportunity to travel the world combining work with my passion for moving the body. I’ve had the pleasure of being: the manager of several large London gyms, in charge of the operations of training and development of personal trainers and sports coaches across the UK plus helped several countries roll the Les Mills branded programmes and progress their business. This has given me global knowledge of fitness and how the leaders of the industry get results.  After years of travelling I am now back where it all started – with personal training – and bringing all this knowledge and experience to Chester. Having worked with some of the leading trainers the worlds has to offer in some of the most extravagant studios I aim to bring both the scientific results driven methods with the sparkle and passion of fitness to Cheshire and work with you.

Lynn Moore

A Level 3 Personal Trainer with a passion for doing things right! As a former trainer and assessor of trainers, Lynn is technically brilliant. Wanting to deliver the best programmes through scientifically proven training methods Lynn loves nothing more than to help people get strong, fit and healthy. With qualifications that go beyond training into therapy, yoga and nutrition Lynn provides fantastic hands to put yourself in.

Jo Thornley

A level 3 Pilates Instructor, Jo oozes all things Pilates. As a participant for many years training in the States, Jo was onto Pilates and the amazing reformer long before it hit our shores and gained popularity. As an avid user herself Jo knows how it can help mentally and physically improve your quality of life. Jo absolutely loves to help make people stronger, more mobile, aligned and provide an improvement to daily life.

The Gym

Set in a charming old coach house our studio is split across two floors with the addition of an on-site shower, dedicated physiotherapy treatment room and a reception for you to sit and relax pre or post session. I have created a professional, non-intimidating environment dedicated to private and small group training. Everything is by appointment only meaning we deliver personal training exactly how it should be – personal.

Our ground floor studio is the main floor and set up perfectly for 121 private personal training.  Our equipment is state of the art and plentiful meaning we can create a perfect programme for your goals. Our top floor studio has been set up to offer small group training such as Skinny Jeans School and the hugely successful KT’s Bootcamp. We only ever have a maximum of 8 in our groups, so they remain personal and tailored to each of your needs. Our equipment is complete with battling ropes, jump boxes, kettlebells, dumbbells, sand bags, balls and much more so our group sessions are like no other being offered.
