I have been in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years and pride myself on being a 'career' personal trainer. I'm a lifer! I have loved and still love dedicating my life to helping others feel what it is like to be fit and healthy. Knowing the opportunities fitness can give to someone is well worth it - whether it's being able to see from the top of snowdon, play with grandchildren, getting fit again after surgery or getting out of bed pain free. Being strong, healthy and fit is such a buzz and an incredible confidence boost to your personal and business life.

This positive outlook doesn't make me a softy-softy though. I understand it's harder for some than others, but my job is to get you to YOUR limits. To challenge you, hold you accountable and know when it's enough and we need to pull back. I've been doing it all my life and I'm good at it. I developed the studio to help as many as I can in a non-intimidating, clean and aesthetically pleasing environment with top of the range equipment.

So much more than a Personal Trainer

It started from the early age of 4 when my mum could no longer take my energy levels and sent me to gymnastics. I haven’t looked back for one day.

At the ripe old age of 40 (something) I’ve spent my life involved in sport or fitness both as a hobby and as a career and I couldn’t be happier. However, as a 40+ woman I know keeping fit, healthy and in shape isn’t as easy as it once was and that’s why I love my job. I do the research, the programming and thinking for you so all you have to do is show up and get results.

I’ve had the opportunity to travel the world combining work with my passion for moving the body. I’ve had the pleasure of being: the manager of several large London gyms, in charge of the operations of training and development of personal trainers and sports coaches across the UK plus helped several countries roll-out the Les Mills branded programmes and progress their business. This has given me global knowledge of fitness and how the leaders of the industry get results. After years of travelling I am now back where it all started – with personal training – and bringing all this knowledge and experience to Chester. Having worked with some of the leading trainers the worlds has to offer in some of the most extravagant studios I aim to bring both the scientific results driven methods with the sparkle and passion of fitness to Cheshire and work with you.

Wanting to deliver the best programmes through scientifically proven training methods Lynn loves nothing more than to help people get strong, fit and healthy. With qualifications that go beyond training into therapy, yoga and nutrition Lynn provides fantastic hands to put yourself in. She is truly a great trainer with a whole person view tackling strength, flexibility, movement quality, nutrition and mental wellbeing.

Lynn Moore

A Level 3 Personal Trainer with a degree in Dance, but don't worry if you have two left feet. She may cha-cha between selecting your weights, but she won't make you do it. With a background in dance, moving into Personal Training was a natural progression for Hannah and alongside her PT she has racked up lots of group exercise qualifications, so her sessions are always full on and interesting. Coming to us from Bannatynes where she was Gym Manager, Hannah brings with her a wealth of experience in personal training, but also of managing other trainers to ensure her gym had the best on the gym floor. With her many qualifications, Hannah loves to add HIIT and boxing to her sessions to keep you moving and get your results.

Hannah Wright

A level 3 Pilates Trainer with her additional APPI qualification means Roberta is a brilliant addition to the team. She can work with you on both the Mat and Reformer to help you feel strong, more mobile and obtain greater flexibility and better posture. As an APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute) trainer also, Roberta is fantastic to help support rehabilitation and ease of movement. There is no need to live with pain when Pilates exists. 

Roberta can help you move better, ease back pain and aid in giving back quality of life through freedom of pain free movement. Don't get me wrong, she's no miracle worker, but when people say to us "that's the first day I've had in years where my back didn't ache" we think she's pretty special.
