Being a teenage girl can be pretty hard at times. With the pressures of school, social media and friends it is not always easy to feel a sense of belonging and recognise the fierce girl that lies within. Our hope is that through exercise teenage girls will start to gain confidence in themselves and their ability. By spending time with us each week, we will use the power of fitness to help them become fit, feminine and fearless through their teenage years in hope they grow into the true badass we know they can and deserve to be.
Each class is 45 mins with a 15 min time to chat at the end. There will only ever be 8 in each class to allow us to give that all important 121 time for safe and effective exercise at this age.
TIME FOR A GENERATION OF FIERCE GIRLS
This is our HIIT session and the one geared towards making you sweat. You will be using weights and bodyweight for a fast-paced cardio session to help you burn fat and get fit. This session helps you start where you are then push as much as you want for ultimate fitness and ultimate confidence.
This is our resistance training session where we use dumbbells, Kettlebells, barbells and more to a great weights based session. This one is all about the gains as we aim to lift heavier and tone up that body to help you feel confident in yourself.
You need to be between 14-19 to join our classes. Unfortunately we can't train under 14's

We workout for 45 mins then you have 15 mins at the end to take selfies or chat with your friends.
Anything that's comfortable and cool. Leggings, shorts, T-shirts, vests... (with a sports bra underneath). Also trainers
A bottle of water and we recommend a small hand towel for when sweating
That's ok, there's an extra 2 weeks expiry on your passes. So you have 7 weeks to use your 5 class pass and 12 to use your 10.
That's ok, we're here to help you. I am sure the other girls will be nervous too. We'll build your fitness gradually.
