In the Summer of 2020 we adapted to the first lockdown by building an outdoor space and creating an online platform to keep our existing clients moving, motivated and getting results. Now we're opening this up for you to join also.

Aimed at those with a basic practice in Pilates and no real back problems this 4-week progressive programme is designed take you from the basics and progress you towards learning the classic 34 Pilates exercises to improve flexibility, core strength, mobilisation and movement.
