A friend recommended KT Chaloner to me and I haven’t looked back. I’ve lost 2 stone along the way and intend to lose the other 2 over the next 12 months. KT is someone I look forward to seeing, which makes training so much easier to do at 7am at the start and end of the week.
The sessions are varied, but always with my goal in mind. I leave feeling thoroughly worked out and drive to work like I’ve been through the wringer, but it’s so worth it. She keeps me on track with my eating and nights out in a healthy way. I’m allowed treats without the guilt, but know we still have a goal to achieve. Hannah Middleton
