Not just a winter warmer, but one for the summer too! You can make enough to eat the next day if you want to serve cold. It’s all about preferences. Personally, I’m not a fan of cold porridge and if I was to eat it cold I would substitute the oats for Quinoa. 

250ml of Almond or Coconut Milk
Chopped Almonds

Cooking Instructions

  1. Mix together around 35g of rolled oats with 250ml of coconut or almond milk in a pan
  2. Bring to the boil
  3. Add a teaspoon of cinnamon and some orange zest to flavour and simmer for 5 minutes
  4. Chop up the berries and almonds

Couldn’t be easier! Plop it in a bowl, sprinkle the berries and almonds on top and away you go!
