Tatton Park 10k – Saturday 2nd November

Many people take up running to help with fitness goals and to support other activities. With that in mind… we thought why not get together with like minded people from the studio to take park in a 10k challenge. It might be that you’ve considered taking up running a little more seriously, in which case you’ve got enough time to train safely – 12 WEEKS to be exact –  which is plenty of time to get you round the course and possibly achieve a PB!  You might be a more experienced runner, in which case Tatton Park is great to work on your speed and technical ability. Either way we’d love to support your training and motivate you along the way!

Entry includes: Free entry to Tatton Park, chip times results, unique themed medal, technical t-shirt, flapjacks & fruit

There’s also prizes up for grabs for 1st, 2nd & 3rd in both men & women categories PLUS £100 winner bonus for new course record. But it’s not all about winning, achieving a distance of 10k is in itself so rewarding!

We’ll send you training plans and weekly e-mails to keep you motivated PLUS everyone can share their progress through a WhatsApp group! (You can never have too many WhatsApp groups!)

On the day we’d like to encourage family members and friends to come and support us and weather permitting enjoy a post run picnic (the best bit).
