Perfect for those who have attended our Basics courses or completed at least 12 weeks of consecutive classes somewhere and want to progress their pilates practice to the next level. This is considered an intermediate class.
This class takes place every Wednesday 10.30-11.30am for 5 weeks starting 9th October
After completing our basic series this is a perfect follow on to start your transition towards more classical pilates. Gradually learning tailored and regressed versions of the original 34 exercises designed by Joseph Pilates to increase strength, flexibility, stability and more. You will start to feel more flow in your practice mastering the lesser challenging moves to progress your Pilates skill and ability. We will start to learn moves like the swan, rolling like a ball, cobra’s and overhead work with exercises such as roll overs, rockers and control balance.
- Those who have completed Basics for at least 10 weeks
- Those who’ve at least 12 weeks of consecutive Pilates practice
