As our Spring 5 week Pilates courses draw to a close, we don’t want to leave your progress hanging and your body getting all crumpled and stiff over the summer months. However, we totally understand that summer holidays are calling so committing to 5 weeks won’t be easy… so
Starting from week commencing 22nd July through to the end of August we will be offering a selection of day time and evening classes to cover Basic (beginner) and Transition (intermediate) sessions so you can either start your pilates practice in a casual way or progress your pilates and keep yourself ticking over in between courses. Our courses will be back from the 1st week of September, but in the meantime:

These sessions will use the familiar lesson plans from existing basic and transition courses, so you’ll get some time to perfect those moves we started practising before we broke up from our Spring term. If you’re new to pilates, don’t worry. Join our Basic classes and you will be fine. We only ever have a very small number of clients in class, which allows us to get really hands on with each person and help you ‘feel’ the moves. In September we will be back with our course timetable and back to our signature 5 week progressive pilates programmes offering both Basic and Transition as we build up towards specialised and contrology courses.
